Good Shock
I bought two of these shocks to replace the stock shocks on my 2001 Ford Escape. Installation was easy once I figured out how to lift the car up on jack stands without raising the tires (lift the center box frame part). After that raise the tires to take the tension off the existing shock, pull the bolts off, replace, tension, and drop the tire back down.
I was happy with the quality of the shock, solid metal, very sturdy feeling. Much better than the plastic body on the stock shocks.
I noticed a definite positive improvement in the way the car handled. The old shocks had 160,000 miles on them. I am looking to replace the front two with monroe in the near future.

2005 Ford Escape, Replaced OEM with 75K, nothing left to the originals. perfect fit, simple installation. 15 minutes to complete. Changes how the vehicle handles. Excellent on stopping, rides now like a new vehicle.
Good Product and Good Price
When one can purchase high quality parts that come with straight forward instructions it is hard to justify taking your vehicle to a shop. These shocks came quickly and were a snap to install.
I have no complaints with these shocks at all. From the easy installation to the smooth ride they provide I am extremely satisfied with the product.
