good ride for such a heavy vehicle
My odyssey has 91k miles on it. I've never liked the stock ride even when it was new. At best the stock struts are cheap, weak, gas charged struts that have always made the ride feel like a truck. These monroe struts are great! The ride is much smoother. The biggest thing I noticed that is better is HANDLING. Turns and corners at any speed were always sloppy before monroe. Now they are smooth and tight. I'm so impressed I'm replacing my rear KYB shocks with monroe. In comparison: KYB is more expensive and the ride with KYB sucks.
BTW: I suggest buying the assembly with spring and strut mount. It will save lots of time and you're going to have to replace strut mounts anyway @ $30 each. Also, plan on buying new sway bar links.
I only use MOOG link kits. You'll be disappointed with anything else.

Ok for the money
These struts were ok for the money. They ride is not that great and I would rather get a bit better struts.

This was one front side for a Honda mini-van. These struts were easy to install. I had the most trouble with compressing the springs which did not compress as much as others in the past (but enough for me to take off).
I would recommend that you also purchase the strut mounts since my originals were beat up pretty bad.
I was pleased to find out that after replacing these, the alignment was not affected!
