This kit is intended to completely replace the air suspension used on Lincoln Mark VIII's from 1993-1998 and replaces all four air struts.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Monroe 90002 kit not right for Mark VIII.
After 45 day and around 800 miles the car sits at 23.75 inches at front and 26.75 inches at rear.The factory target is 24.5 inches front and 24.25 inches rear. It drags in the front and is jacked in the rear, not good. Also the front shocks are soft and bounce a little at higher speed when the road dips a bit. Still working with Monroe, they replaced the front struts with same results.

After installing the spring kit the riding character has changed so badly that it is dangerous. The front struts are so soft and week that it is frequently bouncing during a higher speed driving. Mine is banged down the bottom of the car as I went through a road ditch. At higher speed on a road bend if the road not even or a little bit shaky the car tend to be bouncing off from the road.
After installing the springs the rear of the car was 2.5 inches higher than the front, so I must have reinstall the springs and cut the top first round off for fit!
This spring kit will fit into the car, but it is not designed for the Lincoln Mark VIII.
Do not let fool yourself by the brand.
Shame on Monroe.

AFTER CUTTING THE TOP PIN A LITTLE FOR A BETTER FIT, MY SON AND I WERE ABLE TO INSERT THE REAR SPRINGS EASILY WITHOUT THE USE OF A SPRING COMPRESSOR. TOOK ABOUT 4 HOURS TOTAL TO CHANGE ALL FOUR AIR BAGS OUT. INSTRUCTIONS ARE LACKING,BUT IT RIDES GOOD SO FAR.
