This product is really awesome, the Sensa-Trac line from Monroe is actually a performance series, simple much better than OEM struts, thanks this is a product that you can "feel", buy them if you need them, but replace all 4 struts, if not.. you may not feel any difference than with a cheaper product.

Too easy!
If you've ever done a 2001 or 2002 shock replacement you will appreciate this setup on your 2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor P71! You can ALMOST replace these with the wheels still on the car! I did have to use a second jack to adjust the axle height so I could get the bottom and top attaching hardware off easily, but what a breeze compared to the old style, "we put the shocks in BEFORE we built the rest of the car" nonsense! The spacers that come with the shocks are the correct replacements, just look at the diagram for placement. Got mine at Partsgeek because they had two of the front ones and the price was right.

Prothane sprint boost
It is what is it. This is a simple and economical 2" lift for the Jeep JK. Installation instructions were non existent, but thankfully YouTube is full of vids on how to install coil spacers.
I have had it installed for 2,500 miles, 10-15 wheeling trips with zero issues. I've mounted 315/75/16s with zero issues. I also used the existing shocks for some easy off road and on road driving. I have purchases new longer shocks and will also purchase longer sway bar ends soon. I would also recommend brake line mount extensions for safety reasons if you are going to wheel with it.
All and all, I would recommend this lift, but know you are not getting a complete kit.

Inexpensive way to clear larger tires
I just installed these on my 2008 wrangler unlimited. Very basic lift, 4 spacers, 4 extended bump stops. NO INSTRUCTIONS at all. Fortunately I've done a few of these but for the inexperienced you may want to search for instructions on the web.
I was able to install them in a couple hours, not much else to say about the product, its a polyurethane coil spacer. No problems with installing them.

I would have given it 5 stars had instructions been included.

Best you can get for the price!
I needed to replace the struts on my car, and decided to buy my own and have someone I know install them instead of taking it to a shop. I saved more than half of what I would have paid a shop to do it. My car handled like a go-cart and every bump in the road was bone jarring. I love how my my rides and handles now! Big improvement over the stock struts even when they were new. The Amazon price can't be beat and the shipping was free.

excellent shock to raise the height of car.
I bought this shock for 1998 MAZDA MPV 4WD with Towing package. My rear shock was old and rusty, thus rear height is bottom down. My compressor is not working at all. I have to get a shock to raise my MPV's rear height and to remove all kind of screeching noise. I purchased this Monroe MA 818 and just followed the instruction enclosed in the package. The installation itself is very easy. I completely satisfied with this Monroe shock because I can control the height of the car by adding and reducing the amount of air. This shock also removed much screeching noise from the rear end because my MPV can now ride smoothly over the bump. Thanks to Monroe on this excellent product and to Amazon.

Easy To Install, Better than OEM
These strut and coil assemblies are so easy to install and worth the extra money when just looking at the strut assembly. I had both sides installed in no time and back on the road. I had forgotten how bad the old ones had gotten until I took a drive with the new ones installed. Well worth the money and saves you time without the hassle of removing the coil.

Worth the work
I purchased this set to install in a 1979 Ford Ranchero. Due to the age of the vehicle, the rear rubber bushings were well past their prime. The suspension felt vague and sloppy before; this kit, along with new shocks, fixed that.

Compared to the stock bushings, these are harder and more dense than rubber. They also include "thrust washers" for all corners of the control arms (the original setup didn't use these). These take up space between the control arm and mounting bracket, thus decreasing the lateral movement.

The lower control arms required removing the old rubber bushings, then cutting or pressing out the old bushing shells. The new metal shells, included with the kit, must be pressed in. I carefully pressed mine in halfway with a c-clamp setup, then hammered them in; however I recommend hiring someone with press if you don't have one. You must use the new metal shells with the bushings because the Energy Suspension bushings don't fit the original...

TRW in a MOOG box
This is a quality part, but it does not have a MOOG balljoint. That is unless MOOG makes balljoints for TRW. This balljoint clearly says TRW on it's clear silicone dust boot, just like the OEM Ford part. The forged casting also has TRW cast into it, just like the factory Ford part. No zerk fitting, which is completely ridiculous. This is a Ford part, plain and simple. Probably has the low-friction OEM design balljoint in which Ford feels no servicing is necessary. Yeah, right...that's why I'm changing the originals on my barely 100,000 mile Thunderbird. Not an isolated incident either, 89-97 Thunderbirds are notorious for balljoint and bushing problems. Check TCCOA dot com for proof of this.

The box it comes in is covered with false advertising showing exploded views of MOOG's superior balljoint technology, and then the part in the box is a TRW piece! Also be nice if they would paint the rubber bushing's metal housing, since it's bare steel which will rust...

Good Parts-Great Prices
I've been using Moog suspension components for over 30 years and never been dissatisfied. I did front end work for many years and Moog was what I always used.
can't beat Moog (with caveats)
I ordered and installed the left and right arms for my '96 Thunderbird, as well as a complete set of Ford strut rod bushings. There were absolutely no issues with fit.

There are a couple of things you should know about these arms, however:

1. A new nut is supplied, but it is NOT a castle nut w/cotter pin as you may read elsewhere about Moog arms. The one included in both the USA and Canadian labeled boxes is known as the prevailing torque type (crown lock) -- the Amazon photo is correct.
These nuts are difficult to install if the new ball joint's taper is not seated tightly -- the ball joint will just twist in its cup as you turn the nut. Do not discard your old non-torque nuts! The best method I've found is to use those old nuts to seat the taper very firmly (e.g., torque them to spec or near it), remove them and then the new Moog nuts can be tightened to spec with relative ease.
If you currently have torque type nuts, find a normal nut that fits...

Idiot Driver
Some idiot drove too close to my car while it sat on the side of the rode and busted up my side mirror. I took it to the dealer and asked them to give me an estimate. They estimated that it would cost approx. $300 to fix the mirror and that the part would cost about $250+. I started doing some research online and found this mirror. I called the company and a real live person answered on the 2nd ring. They stated the mirror was very easy to install and answered all of my questions. I ordered it and my husband put the mirror on the car. He stated that it was very easy to install. And all I paid was $150. This mirror works well and even has a different tint to the mirror which helps when someone tries to blind you from behind.

Great Replacement for 06 Town and Country
This was a rear shock replacement for a 2006 Chrysler T&C. My previous shock was so worn that it was compressible with a single push and then the recoil would take 30 seconds. At this point, my vehicle only had approximately 40k miles and this is way before the 50k replacement recommended by the manufacturer. Granted, this vehicle is consistently carrying 5 people and have taken cross country trips fully loaded so it is understandable that the shock would wear quicker.

The installation of the shock was pretty straight forward and the packaging was good. Post installation, a test drive showed that the replacement was much needed. I have not used other shocks from Monroe or Gabriel so I cannot speak about them. As far as the KYBs are concerned, they were stiffer than the stocks but not too stiff that it makes the ride uncomfortable. In terms of handling differences, I did not notice much of a change but honestly, we're driving around in a 2 1/2 ton car, its not going to...

I have installed KYB's on many cars/trucks, and I like their durability and function. They dampen the suspension well without being harsh like the koni's on my race car. A little more stiff than OEM, but I think - just right. Very similar in feel to the Bilsteins I recently put on my truck (twice the price of the KYBs, but I'll have the truck long after the van has been replaced).

Very quick and easy install on Dodge Caravan. Fronts (when I replace them) will be harder (struts), but I will buy KYBs for there too.

Starter for 1985 Honda 250 4 Trax 4 wheeler
Honda dealer told me IF they could find me a starter it would be $400 +. Found this on Amazon for $36 and decided to give it a try. WOW WOW and WOW. I ordered it Sunday evening. It shipped out Monday and UPS handed it to me Wednesday AM. Fits perfect works perfect. I know where to go the next time I need a "wierd" starter.

Fits exactly
Fits exactly. Reason for 4 stars was because it didn't come with a castle nut and cotter pin. Instead it comes with a nylon nut. Removal of old one is a bit tricky for a first timer. do not tap loose the tie rod until the nut is removed. Had to use my jack to compress it against the wheel so that the bolt wouldn't pivot around as the nylon nut was tightened.

They worked but H&R had to address a problem.
I measured the height before and after the installation. This kit is supposed to lower the car by 1" in the front and .5" in the rear and is listed on H&R's website to work on not only the golf, but also work on the Jetta. It lowered my Jetta TDI 1" in the rear and not at all in the front. The car looked too low in the rear. I called H&R and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the springs and confirmed that they were installed correctly, which they were. Their solution was to send me "sport" springs to install in the front and it worked ended up bringing down the front .75". The rep. from H&R thought that the original springs may have sagged (which they may well have) but it doesn't explain why the rear was lowered 1" from the originals and the rear of the car looked lower than it should. For reference, I used these with KYB AGX struts. I had a friend who installed this kit on his Golf TDI with some Bilstein HDs and they lowered the...

It was the way to go on a 13 yr old car. I installed them myself. If you are handy and have the tools it can be done by a DIY. If the ball joints are bad do them with the strut assembly R&R. A good value.
