Very effectice
I put this swaybar on a Tahoe, which already had the matching front Hellwig swaybar installed on it.
The instructions were poor, but really it just goes in place of the old one, and since no modifications are required it's not that big of a deal.
The install was a little tedious at times. If your truck is older expect all four of the bolts that attach the brackets to the axle to be seized with rust. Strip the paint off of the threads on the threaded side of the endlinks, or they won't screw in properly.
The final result is that the suspension resists sway enormously. This is both a blessing and a curse. If they'd made the front swaybar stiffer this would not be an issue, but on ice there is a tendency for the rear end to slide out, and for the truck to fishtail.
